At Our Store, you may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• The product’s packaging must be intact and undamaged (original box, no tears or crushing).

• The item itself (pipe, ashtray, cleaning tools, etc.) must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been used, filled, or shows signs of wear.

Non-returnable items

• Lighters, pipe filters, or any consumable accessories once opened.

• Items damaged by the customer.

How to Request a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider – typically 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
